01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jilii77 website at jilii77.net (the "Platform"), registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform.

02 Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register or play. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account with jilii77, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jilii77 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accepted identification documents include:

• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jilii77 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

03 Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on jilii77. The registration or use of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilii77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate any balances held, and void any pending withdrawals across those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilii77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. jilii77 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify jilii77 support immediately by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 15 of these Terms.

3.3 Account Currency

All jilii77 accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos. jilii77 does not support multi-currency accounts.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if the registered player has not logged in for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jilii77 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to inactive accounts after the applicable notice period. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

jilii77 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Credit / Debit Card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilii77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. jilii77 does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets, bank accounts, or mobile numbers not matching the KYC-verified identity of the account holder. This policy is enforced to protect players and prevent fraudulent activity.

4.4 Deposit Reversals and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while a balance remains in your jilii77 account constitutes a breach of these Terms. jilii77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where chargebacks are initiated and to pursue recovery of any disputed amounts through appropriate legal channels.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by jilii77 are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover" or "turnover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion terms at the time of activation.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jilii77 monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on low-risk outcomes to clear wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors or system glitches to generate artificially inflated bonus balances. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and account suspended.

5.3 Promotion Modification

jilii77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect players who have already activated a promotion in good faith prior to the change taking effect, provided they continue to comply with the terms under which the promotion was activated.

06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on jilii77 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the game outcome. These Terms shall govern all other matters including account management, payments, and dispute resolution.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or any other system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jilii77 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all bets placed during that round. jilii77 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round due to internet or device failure on your end, the game round will continue to its conclusion according to the game's standard rules and the result will stand. jilii77 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side disconnections.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. jilii77 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at any time for risk management purposes, including at the request of the player as part of responsible gaming measures.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilii77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or fraud
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilii77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if jilii77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilii77's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11 Privacy and Data

jilii77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will not be sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, for the purposes of identity verification and fraud prevention, or with your express consent. 12 Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your jilii77 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any outstanding balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by jilii77

jilii77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, identity misrepresentation, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe. In the event of termination for breach, jilii77 reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jilii77 through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team. jilii77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all legitimate player complaints in a timely and fair manner.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jilii77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — jilii77 will notify registered players via the contact details on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
